This notice describes the quote request form for The Brothers that just do Gutters of North Dallas.

What the form collects

The form collects your first and last name, phone number, email address, full U.S. property address, selected service, and permission to contact you about the request. Cleaning and guard requests also collect your selected example home size and gutter condition. Repair requests collect the issue type. Notes and text-message permission are optional. The form does not request payment or a photo upload.

The home photos are examples, not measurements. The site records an illustrative gutter length based on the selected home size to calculate an approximate cleaning estimate or guard installation range. It shows that estimate only after your request is saved. The team must confirm the actual measurements, condition, product, access, and service availability before a final quote. Repair requests need a custom assessment.

Address suggestions and imagery from Google Maps

As you type a property address, the site may send your address search text and a temporary search token to Google Maps to provide U.S. address suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves its full address. You can enter your full address manually if suggestions are unavailable. The chosen address is saved with your request. After a successful submission, the site may send the saved address to Google Maps to show a nearby Street View or satellite map image with your quote. The image may be unavailable or may show a nearby view rather than the exact home. The site does not save the image with your request. These features include Google Maps content. Spam checks and storage

The form uses temporary sessions, hidden spam-trap fields, request limits, and basic checks for invalid contact details and abusive text. Limited hashed network data and temporary address lookup identifiers support those checks. A valid-looking phone number or email address is not proof that it is reachable or belongs to the person submitting it.

Submitted requests are saved in private site storage for business review. The site does not currently send an automatic email, text notification, or CRM update to the team. A successful submission confirms storage, not a booking or a response time. Lead records have no public viewing route. A call prompt lets you contact the local office directly; it does not place a call unless you choose to use it.

Contact permissions and browser data

Required contact permission allows the business to respond about your service request. The text-message preference is separate and optional. This form currently does not send text messages. Form choices and contact details stay in the current page while you complete the request; the page does not save them in browser storage.
